Thank you for your interest in becoming a TelPay Biller. Doing so enables us to direct your customers' payments more accurately and in a format that suits you.

TelPay requires a copy of a signed information form and a void cheque or deposit slip showing the bank account to which payment should be credited.

Biller Information Form

Most payments are prefunded by our customers. However some prefer to let us debit their bank accounts and then, at TelPay's discretion, withhold payment until the funds have cleared the payment system. In these cases, it will help us speed payment to you if you print and sign the Biller Agreement. It gives TelPay the right to redebit for remittances that are not covered by the payor.
