TelPay's Biller Services department provides an unseen bonus for financial institutions.
TelPay has built its relationships with over 4100 billers, some of whom have been receiving payments from TelPay for over 20 years. TelPay takes great pains to ensure that data it receives is error free thus keeping costs low and customer, financial service provider, and biller satisfaction high.
Payment details are provided in various formats to suit the needs of individual billers. Most important is TelPay's customer service department which provides tracing services for any payments that have been processed. Assuring that funds get to where they belong as quickly as possible is a primary concern for TelPay.
Adding a Biller requires only a request to TelPay. All other details are looked after by TelPay. Changes in account numbers, consolidation of billers and other changes in their requirements are also attended to by TelPay. If a payment is misdirected, TelPay looks after the correction.
TelPay is the only bill payment service provider that facilitates the entire process from beginning to end, from providing the systems that collect payment instructions to ensuring that they are promptly delivered to the recipient. This "end to end" experience helps us to ensure that all parts of the system function in a manner that is trouble free.
