Imports of Payments and Biller Information from other Accounting Systems
Imports of Biller Information from other Accounting Systems require special interface programs to convert the biller information into Telpay format. A one-time charge of 50 cents per biller applies to the conversion of this data and its inclusion in the Telpay payment system. Once imported, payments can be processed from the accounting system or can be initiated from the Telpay for Business system. Usual Telpay rates apply to these payments.
Accounting systems for which interface programs are available are listed below. Telpay welcomes requests to develop interfaces to other systems.
Exports of Journal Entries to other Accounting Systems
Exports of Journal Entries to other Accounting Systems can be automatic. The Journal Entry exports are available at no extra charge. If a different format is required, Telpay can provide its standard journal entry specifications. Telpay will also provide a quotation to provide a special interface if desired.

Import of Electronic Deposits from Payroll Systems
Telpay for Business will support all payroll systems that produce a standard CPA bank file format. For those who wish to produce a file in another format, Telpay will provide its own file specifications at no charge. If programming is required by Telpay a quotation will be provided.
