My name is John Bergeron and I'm an Owner/Operator of 6 McDonald's in the Ottawa Valley just outside Ottawa. I discovered Telpay at a Convention for all Canadian Operators in Banff in 2009. It was very easy to implement Telpay and I am very pleased with all aspects of their service. Every week I speak to a Telpay representative in Winnipeg and we complete my accounts payable or my management payroll. This takes only about 15 minutes once per week. The Telpay rep links into my Accounting Program and together we complete my payables or my management payroll. Money for payables is transferred 24 hours before payout of payables and for payroll it's 48 hours. Not only does this service allow me to conduct business anywhere in the world using high speed internet but it saves me hours in completing my bank reconciliation because I'm reconciling 2 or 3 cheques verses a hundred cheques. The cost of Telpay is better than break even with what I was doing in the past and the fact that I had to be in my office to complete the tasks was one of the main reasons I started using Telpay. I am extremely pleased with the service and when I talk to other Owner/Operators I tell them about Telpay and the opportunity they are missing. |
