Telpay's personal bill payment service is offered to individuals over the internet and telephone. With a few simple instructions, you can pay your regular monthly bills and transfer funds to other bank accounts. You can also set up your own billers so that you may never have to write a cheque again.
Telpay's services can be purchased directly from Telpay or from financial institutions and service providers.
There is no more stuffing of envelopes, no more cheque clearing charges, and no postage costs, saving you time and money! Most electronic payment systems restrict you to only a limited number of billers (utilities, credit cards, etc.) Now for the first time, you can pay all your bills: the plumber, school fees, students away from home, you name it, Telpay will pay it.

*Where we do not have the recipient's bank account number, we will mail a cheque the next business day and request the recipient to forward a bank account number for future payments. Otherwise the recipient's bank account will be credited the next business day at most Canadian financial institutions. In some cases and at our discretion, payments will be held for three days until funds have cleared.
