To prevent delays in their application process, inform your clients of the Know Your Client (KYC) FINTRAC requirements before they sign up and provide them with the following instructions to ensure your ASP Partner ID is applied:
Field - "Are you a Telpay Parter" - click "No"

Field = "Were you referred by" - select "Accountant/Bookkeeper"

Field - "Do you have an ASP Partner ID Code" - click "Yes"

Field - "Partner ID Code" - enter your 3 character ASP Partner ID Code in the Program ID Code field

In the new year, we’ll have a migration tool that will transfer your Biller data and profile so you don’t have to reapply. Complete our migration form to be notified when we’re ready to migrate your account over to Telpay’s online payment platform.
To meet FINTRAC Know Your Clients (KYC) regulatory requirements, we need to obtain, verify, and record information of every applicant. To save time and additional paperwork, we have constructed an application that includes the required information from our clients. The application will prompt you to provide detailed information about Primary User(s), Signing Officer(s), and Director(s).
With the new product comes a brand-new application portal. To get started you will need to create a new 'Telpay Profile' as your existing login credential is not synced to this portal.
When you sign up on behalf of your new client, use your 3-character ASP Partner ID Code in the Program ID Code to automatically waive the implementation fee.  
To ensure the implementation and monthly fees are waived for your ASP account, add the letter "P" after your 3-character ASP Partner ID code in the Program ID Code.


Please note, due to the differences and incompatibility between Telpay's Desktop and Online platforms, you cannot have two active accounts for the same company. If you currently have an account for Telpay Desktop, please complete the migration form to be notified when we’re ready to migrate your account over to Telpay’s online payment platform.

The advance debit funding option is not yet available in this new portal and will be released in a future application update. If you require advance debit funding, contact sales@telpay.ca to initiate the process.  
Yes. Importing files for Payroll and Pre-Authorized Debits will be released in a future update.
