How can my clients apply for themselves?

To prevent delays in their application process, inform your clients of the Know Your Client (KYC) FINTRAC requirements before they sign up and provide them with the following instructions to ensure your ASP Partner ID is applied:

Field – “Are you a Telpay Parter” – click “No”

Field = “Were you referred by” – select “Accountant/Bookkeeper”

Field – “Do you have an ASP Partner ID Code” – click “Yes”

Field – “Partner ID Code” – enter your 3 character ASP Partner ID Code in the Program ID Code field
